Botton Social Farm Activity and Wellbeing service
Open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 50 weeks per year.
Botton Social Farm is based on a farm. Offering real world work placements to adults in horticulture, agriculture and independent living skills.
It is our aim to enable people with specific needs to grow as individuals. For too many people, there is a distinct lack of good work opportunities that offer development or progression and help raise aspirations for the future.
We want people to develop as individuals, everyone is involved in the deceision making. We support individuals to reach their aspirations, however big or small.
Working with our livestock; pigs, sheep, cows and chickens, or working in our horticultural areas including large polytunnels as well as walking, social events such as sports, visits to farmers markets and local shows. All tasks will be aimed at building people’s confidence, skills and a greater sense of self-worth
